Terms of use
Programme membership is free of charge. The accumulation of euros converted into discounts can change according to promotions. The accumulated euros expire 2 years after the last reservation.
At the time of enrolling the future beneficiary of the Business Fidelity programme, the company or its representative must decide the cardholder; there may be different beneficiaries per company. It is not possible to change ownership later or accumulate discount euros between different companies.
The Business Fidelity cardholder can either be the customer (as long as it is a business customer) or the company, with the possibility of having different beneficiaries per company. In the same reservation there can be 2 Business Fidelity cards: the company’s and the guest’s. In both cases, euros would be accumulated. If you pay the company invoice, the euros will be accumulated on the company card; if the customer has extras that are paid directly, they will accumulate the amount corresponding to the invoiced extras.
Should the company have a card and the guest be paying the invoice, the company will be able to benefit from an accumulation defined by the sales department.
Those who work in travel agencies or in companies that organise events (congresses, conventions or incentives) are expressly excluded from the programme.
All the data provided will be used for this purpose and also for information on promotions and offers to the holders and / or beneficiaries of the programme.
All cards that are delivered must be properly programmed using the reader and barcode. Unprogrammed cards cannot be delivered.
High Business Fidelity Card
You can register at the hotel reception by filling out the form, or through the website. In case of registration at the hotel, it will always be from the Cardex, Business Fidelity Loyalty cards. The card number must be registered to the reservation in its first instance in order to accumulate euros.
Operation
The customer will benefit from the accumulation of euros to their account from the first stay in the hotels whenever they book the corporate rate, making the reservation at the hotel or through the website.
The card number will automatically appear in the loyalty card field when you enter the customer’s ID number in the reservation.
The discount on the reservation will be applied automatically, except when the invoice is from an agency.
As a rule, the accumulation of euros will be 2.5 % on treatments and extras (except minibar, telephone, laundry and external activities), although it may vary on specific occasions for special promotions. Hotels will always be informed of these possible changes.
The discount of the accumulated money can not be made until the customer’s second stay. It will never be possible to deduct the amount accumulated in the guest’s first stay.
The customer will be able to benefit from the discounts of partner companies from their first stay (same partner companies as the Club Plaza card).
A corporate customer may own all 2 loyalty cards (Club Plaza and Business Fidelity), but will never be able to use the advantages of both at the same time; if they come as a private customer, the discount will be applied to them, and if they come as a corporate customer, they will accumulate money.
